Celebrating their three-year anniversary in November 2022 with their close friends and family, the couple also signed and officially became husband and wife.
They also announced that they were expecting their first child. Together.
Lamiez captioned the video of her pregnancy reveal "Ke Nna Lamiez Holworthy-Morule. Khuli Chana couldn’t hold back his excitement over being a father for the third time. "This is the happiest day of my life… Happy Anniversary Mme Morule… You are going to be an amazing Mom."
After announcing her pregnancy, Lamiez penned the sweetest message to her support structure.
"Going to bed with a very grateful heart- not only am I surrounded by overwhelming love and support but my son? Our son? Our little guy is loved already and if I can be just half the mother that my mom @imeldak20 is to me,I would’ve won at this life thing."
She also spoke about her relationship with her stepdaughter Nia who is from her husband's previous relationship. "Between TV, radio, and club gigs, I still have to make time for my little girl. And on Sunday, in between multiple gigs, something pretty upsetting happened and the only person that could make me feel better was this little girl- My Dr. Princess aka Broke Bestie. I legit went home to see and dance with her which cheered me up," she said.
In January 2023 Lamiez and her siblings planned a special surprise birthday party and showered her with gifts.
She also made sure mommy dearest gets the car of her dreams – a VW VrrPha!
“Celebrated the most important woman in my life’s birthday the other day.
“All that I am, I owe to to my mothe,” wrote Lamiez.
In an interview with TshisaLive, Lamiez sa “I am raising an 8-year-old from my husband's previous relationship. She is my daughter, and that for me has been the biggest blessing in my life to date,” she told the publication.
“Because of my mom, I can say this with my head up high that I am an amazing mother because of my mom. Some day when my husband and I decided to extend our family, I will be an even greater mother.”
In an interview with S Mag Khuli said, “I love that she treats me like him her doll, always dressing me up. I also love how we both enjoy listening to music but more importantly how at ease I am with her. I really can’t wait to give her a baby and extend our family,” Chana said.
