Multiple award winning artist, Gazza in partnership with Windhoek Draught presents the first of its kind Gazza and Friends Multi-Concert in Windhoek, Namibia. The concert, is taking place on the 25th of June 2022, and will showcase Namibian artists across various genres and venues throughout the capital city.
The Multi-Concert will be headlined by Gazza who will be performing alongside supporting local artists Lioness, Skrypt, Twasis, Ixa and Ethnix. A first for the city, the show will see the supporting artists take over several venues across the city starting in the heart of Windhoek, Katutura. Each supporting artist will be performing at a designated venue where they will be joined by Gazza.
“We have designated different sets to expected crowds at those different venues and even the artists, DJs and MCs are designed for those venues are placed with respect to the expected type of crowd per venue so no one should feel left out,” expresses Gazza.
Speaking to NAlebrity about the concert, Gazza said: "I believe each and every artist is going to bring their A game because it’s a big platform to show case their talents and as for me I will bring my best as always and all that together is going to be a quality yet affordable show case. I believe in their talent and hopefully by exposing that through my connections will make a significant contribution to their journey.
"I am excited that the Covid regulations are a bit relaxed to allow the entertainment industry to slowly thrive for artists to survive as we are one of the industries that didn’t receive any Covid relief."
Fans and music lovers have the opportunity to attend all the shows in one night as the shows are slated at alternating times giving people ample time to move from one location to the next.
Gates open to the public as early as 12 PM and the venues for the shows are as follows; Bix Car Wash, XS Lounge, Brewers Market, The Catch and Experience Lounge respectively.
And this is not the only time we'll see Gazza perform this year - speaking to NAlebrity about his plans for 2022, the star said: "My plans for 2022 are just making more music and trying to find ways on how our industry can be more organised. The year is almost over and through its ups and downs we have survived so far, my plan is just to study the Covid situation and be well ahead and prepare for the aftermath."
